Kulvinder Singh, DCP (HQ),Haryana Police, has made the country proud by winning gold and silver medals, in Golf in the recently concluded World Police and Fire Games in New York, USA. Singh won the gold medal by teaming up with Pushpinder S Rathore, DIG, BSF. In the individual category, he won the silver medal. The World Police and Fire Games are held every two years, in which policemen and firemen from all over the world, participate.
