French Football Academy
Football legend Pauleta visited India to officially launch the prestigious Paris Saint-Germain Football Academy at the Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon. (and earlier at the Shikshantar School). The Academy is planning to kick-start such centers in various cities across the country. Trainings are planned to start early October, from Bangalore. Paris Saint-Germain Foundation, the Club’s non-profit organisation, has decided to team up with Teach for India (NGO), to organise a football league in the ‘unprivileged’ areas of Delhi NCR. The ‘Khel Khel Mein’ Football League will involve 850 kids from 38 schools - and will be played in November and December 2014. Pauleta also took part in a football session with unprivileged children at a school in Chhatarpur. With a football school in Paris that educates nearly 1,000 children, and with schools in Rio (Brazil), New York City (USA), Doha (Qatar) and Morocco, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy has developed a rich experience in transmitting its values and know-how to its students.



A New Preschool

Chalk Tree Preschool and Day Care opened its facility in Sector 57 recently. Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri Dr. Shayama Chona was present at the inauguration, along with Nitin Gupta, Director.

To commemorate Hindi Diwas, various activities were held in the Junior wing of the American Montessori Public School



Make signs of love

Ryan international School, Sector 40 celebrated World Deaf Day. The children of Mahatma Gandhi House educated other children on lip reading and also demonstrated some important signs that the deaf commonly use to communicate with others. The school nurse addressed the students of Classes III to V and demonstrated how they could take care of their ears.

Play & Learn

Ryan Global School, Sector 40 organised various competitions as part of Activity-based Learning, whereby every Global Ryanite is guided on acquiring  knowledge through the Play Way Method. The young Ryanites were also encouraged to eat healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle.



A Group Award

The Ryan International Group of Institutions was honoured with six Awards for their continuing efforts in providing quality education, at the Education World 2014 Awards held at New Delhi. The Ryan Global School, Mumbai was awarded for being ranked in the Top 10 in the Best International School category in India, while the Ryan International Schools at Jaipur, Surat, Shahjahanpur, Ludhiana and Nasik were felicitated for being among the best schools in their respective cities. In addition, 37 schools of the Group have been ranked the Best Schools of India in various categories. The Ryan Schools have distinguished themselves by their focus on academic excellence and all-round development. The Awards were received by the CEO, Ryan Pinto and Director Ms Snehal Pinto. The evaluation of schools is based on several parameters, such as individual attention to students, academic reputation, education quality, infrastructure and value for money.
